The Process

At The Color-Coded Cookie, we believe that a "fresh start" feeling we all love shouldn't be reserved only for new years - this should be the mindset (at least) for every new month! Our journal provides prompts, examples, and inspo to help you reset at the start of each month to define new goals that reflect your highest priorities without neglecting your holistic health.

Reflect & Plan

Look back at your previous month to review goals you did or did not hit, changing life circumstances, and shifting priorities

Prioritize & Define

Rank all categories of wellness to identify which to focus on, maintain, or take it easy with; brainstorm goals that translate into daily, weekly, and monthly to-do's

Progress & Accountability

Track your goals throughout the month, celebrating and rewarding yourself for the ones you achieve, but also acknowledging those you don't (which will take you back to reflection & planning)

The Foundation

This planner is where big-picture, holistic wellness meets practical, attainable goal-setting. It's built on the 8 categories - or dimensions - of wellness to view your life in a more well-rounded way alongside the SMART goals framework to keep your wellness plans realistic and meaningful.

Wellness isn't just green smoothies and time spent at the gym. This approach helps remind us that our well-being is multi-layered with some elements that will come more naturally to you than others. It's important to keep all categories in view while we hone in on the most important ones - striking a balance that doesn't burn us out.

We're sure you've heard of them before: SMART goals. This is a tried-and-true framework to actually execute short- and long-term dreams through tangible steps. It's all about clarity and following through to make things happen.
